key things for a Bush survival

  S.T.O.P

• Stop, Think , Observe , Plan and when your there stay put. 

          WATER

• Because water runs down hill that's where you will find a stream of water.
•  Boiling water will also kill any germs/bacteria , Filtering water can also kill germs/bacteria. 
• You can only live three days without water.

      SHELTER

• For a good place to build a shelter you will need to build it on a flat ground. 
•  Not too close to a stream/River because if it rains it might overflow and get you wet. 
• Near a trees helps because you can use it as a support.

       FIRE

•  You need dry wood to start a fire .To start a fire. 
• You can rub together A fire striker , Firesteel and it will create sparks. 
• You need to build you fire on dry land. 

             BASIC FIRST AID

• You need bandages for cuts.
• you could also bring Bug spray. 
• you can bring medicine.

      SIGNALING FOR HELP

• You can start a fire to signal for help.
• You could use something that reflects.
• And you can also use a flashlight.  

T4 W5 CC ( drawing of Ghost )

For this week's CC activity I did a drawing of Ghost. I put some grass and made him stand because I thought it was a little bit boring. The hard part was doing the face because I'm, not that good at faces but I'm learning. The easy part was doing the grass because it stuck very well. The other hard part was to keep him standing because he kept falling down.  

Native trees ( Maunka tree )

• The Manuka tree has many names like tea tree and Leptospermum scoparium.
• you can find Manuka trees in drier areas.
• The manuka tree can be used for fencing and firewood. 

I choose this tree because It looks pretty and it has meny uses.

Gold medal

For this week's Chapter Chat I did the gold medal because I had to do a creation station. The easy/fun part was doing the glitter because it's so shiny. The hard part was doing the ribbon because it was too short and then it was too long.

This is my Chapter Chat activity for this week I did a new book cover with google drawings because I know how to use google drawings really well. My favorite part was definitely decorating the new book to make it pop. the hard part was trying not to make it the exact same. I think I did really good and hopefully, it gets facebook famous.

This knot is called the alpine butterfly knot. you could use this knot for hanging up a plant. I rate this knot a 10 out of 10 because it's a really cool knot and it can be used for quite a lot of things.

This not is called bowline. You could use bowline for your animal for calf club. I give this a 10 of out 10 because it's really easy to do and you can use it with lots of things.
